Confused?

Are you Confused about the way the world is being run?

Do you find yourself listening to a variety of You Tube videos on different topics happening around the world and the TV News?

Do you wish perhaps that things were a bit more like they used to be, when perhaps they made SLIGHTLY more sense?

What about the amount of blatant lies leaders tell now and how greedy they are, do you find that confusing?

Do you currently trust any leaders in the world right now?

Do you worry for future generations?

Do you have concerns about climate change?

What do you do with all this confusion? Suppress it? Read more? Talk about it with your friends? Does that help you deal with it?

Does it just make you more confused? Has confusion set in for good? Is it just part of your life now? Do you want confusion to be a part of your life now or do you want more clarity? Are these questions giving you more clarity or making you more confused, befuddled and annoyed? Yes? It’s a bit like the News then isn’t it?

Clarity and spaciousness would be good right now, wouldn’t it? Perhaps none of the above concerns you so there’s no confusion then, right?

If you are concerned for the future then what can you do about it? How can you iron out confusion?

Can you make life more playful? Can you somehow play a role in helping others? Can you listen deeply to others? Can you speak with care and attention to the words you choose? Can you open your heart?

CLARITY

The Mind follows the heart, therefore how you feel matters. Whatever you feel, affects your thoughts, which then affects your behaviour. Your feelings lead to thoughts and then actions. If you feel, then think, then do, perhaps you wouldn’t be so confused. Confused?

If you didn’t allow your thoughts to be controlled by the media then you could be in control of them. You wouldn’t be so confused, you could slow down, notice your feelings and appreciate life.

You can still observe what’s happening from a mountain top instead of being lost in the trees. You can have more clarity about what’s happening by watching carefully where life goes, while taking care of your mind.

Clarity brings light out of confusion but you must slow down and allow space for it to happen. You can’t solve the world’s problems but you can play your own role to the best of your ability. Looking after the earth and each other, connecting to likeminded people and taking care of your mind and body. Taking care of all this for future generations and to please your ancestors who live through you.
