“Janet is an excellent presenter who has provided Mindfulness sessions and 4 -week courses for carers and staff who work for the South Eastern Trust, both online and in face to face groups. These sessions have included advice and guidance on techniques to use to assist in maintaining good self care and participants are encouraged to introduce them into their lives. The written information that is given to each participant is a very beneficial reference following sessions and provides instructions on practices for carers to continue to use mindfulness in everyday life.
