Due to the pandemic it will be a Christmas unlike any other and for many people it will be very difficult.
Therefore Mindfulness is even more important now than it ever was to help self regulate our feelings and emotions about this situation we find ourselves in and to help us get through the Christmas period.
I have found the pandemic a great Teacher in helping me focus on what matters in the moment. Worrying and speculating into the future is futile as none of us know what will happen for sure. Of course we need to make plans for the future but imagining what will happen or creating stories in our heads about what will happen only wears us down mentally.
