Autumn with it’s crisp air and transformative beauty provides the perfect backdrop for my upcoming workshop that will nourish your mind, body and spirit in the beautiful tranquil surroundings of Bear Cottage. The Autumn Serenity Yoga Workshop is designed to harness the unique energies of the season: balance, earthiness, serenity and wellbeing by combining movement, breath and meditation practices, that embrace the essence of Autumn.

Welcome to Autumn Serenity Yoga Workshop
This workshop is open to all levels of experience. The practices encourage gratitude, freedom of expression, and inner reflection. Let your practice be a sanctuary for self discovery and renewal. Let’s embrace the changing seasons without and within.
Schedule:
11.00 welcome
11:00 – 12.30 Yoga – Rolling on soft balls is a fun practice that releases tension from all over the body. Balls are provided and some are available to buy afterwards if you choose to. This practice is inside Bear Cottage’s Yoga room.
12.30 – 1.00 Chanting and free movement of expression outside in the garden which is playful, empowering and creates a sense of belonging with like- minded individuals. Connecting to nature is calming and restorative, away from screens.
1.00 – 1.30 Break Time for small snack provided (energy balls and golden milk shots) plus bring your own if you wish. Time for reflection and to connect with others.
1.30 – 2.00 Yoga Nidra – Intention, Body scan and Moolladhara Chakra awareness. This is our root chakra, our connection to the earth. Time to slow down and find inner sanctuary.
Details:
Bring a blanket.
Bring your own snacks and drinks if you wish.
To make sure you can adjust your body temperature wear layers of clothing. We will be outside for some of the workshop, weather permitting.
Mats are provided however bring your own if you want.
I would suggest having breakfast before 9.00am to give time for digestion as you will be rolling on balls!!
