Then take a place on this wee-mini Mindfulness Retreat. Give yourself some space to reconnect your body and mind by grounding into the present moment with self-care practices that help you:
- Slow down.
- Release anxiety.
- Take care of your emotions
Experience the inner peace and calmness of reconnecting your body and mind. Have the feeling of coming back home to yourself, a sense of oneness.
It’s already there, I will help you find it and you can take the skills you learn with you.
- A Grounding practice with breath awareness.
- Slowing down with Mindful movement
- Self-Care practices to help the mind relax and be more present.
- A mindful body scan meditation.
Bring your own water and yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily.
The mindful movement will be practiced sitting and standing. You may wish to have a mat to lie on for the meditation or you can sit in a chair.
