Nurturing Yoga Retreat

As the earth gradually moves out of the darkness of Winter and into more light it will be time to nurture and recharge your body and mind. Preparing yourself for the onset of Spring.
Through flowing movement, breath awareness, mantra, mudras, free movement, and Yoga Nidra you can create a space of calm where you can truly access and nurture a sense of ease and joy in your body.
You can find a balance between relaxation and stimulation (or parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system) in your body and mind as you seek to make a connection to the earth through movement, sound and breath.
By learning to listen to the natural wisdom of the body you will find that you get comfortable with yourself just as you are.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
A towel or cushion if required for support under your head.
A light lunch will be provided at 1:00
